  Horrible archaic company to work with. They handle registration out-of-state vehicles with dealerships. I bought a vehicle and had to register it from out of state. Well, 18 days later, still no updates from this company in their handling the registration business. A few days before my temporary license plate expired, I contacted the dealership for updates; the dealership contacted them; and they said they lost the copy of my previous registration and required a new one. Irresponsible. I'm currently still waiting for them to handle this registration. The whole logistics of handling out-of-state registrations through them is horrid. Yes maybe there are problems they go up against and they handle many customers but still....they are quite unorganized for losing paperwork like this.
